Well, it took a little over 4 days, but Telenor (and the good people of Relacom) has finally fixed my ADSL/ISDN. It broke down on friday at 10:05 local time, and it took them until this morning to fix it.
First of course they came with the usual ‘It’s your ISDN box. We’ll ship you a new one’-crap… Only after I convinced them that the problem persisted with 2 other ISDN boxes I’d tested with they were willing to send a ‘contractor’ to check out the little grey box on the street…
Perhaps time to consider other ways of being online… :-/
