It’s that time of the year again: Julebord-time!
For the Non-norwegians: Julebord literally translates into ‘Christmas dinner’, which is exactly what it is. Most companies organize this for their employees at the end of the year. Two main ingredients are: good/lots of food & Akvavit.
My Julebord was being held at Evert’s Café (I am in no way connected/associated to this establishment. It just happens to be the nearest to our offices…). As always the food was perfect, both in quality & quantity. The same applied to the Morsa akvavit that was being served.
After a nice evening with a great company, a great meal & very smooth akvavit I was glad… I didn’t have to work the next day! 😉
