It’s that time of the year again: Julebord-time! For the Non-norwegians: Julebord literally translates into ‘Christmas dinner’, which is exactly what it is. Most companies organize this for their employees at the end of the year. Two main ingredients are: good/lots of food & Akvavit. My Julebord was being held at Evert’s Café (I am
