Yes, that name suddenly entered my mind again while we were driving back from the Blue Mountains to Melbourne.

I used to have a penpal in that (small) town, about 15-20 years ago. I even remember her name: Jo Ann Bell. After a while the correspondence stopped, probably because I forgot to write back…

I looked on the roadmap we had in the car, curious where this town is located. Turns out it’s in the west of the state of Victoria. and pretty small (population around 3000).

Hmm, I wonder what ever happened to her…
