The plane is booked & the suitcases are packed! Well, not quite yet, but we did decide on a destination for the summer holidays: Melbourne, Australia!
This city is on a continent I haven’t visited before. I am looking forward to it, not in the least because I get to spend some time with Ellen again, and I finally get to meet Iz. 
There’s not much else to tell yet, only that we also hope to visit Sydney, and perhaps take a ride on the Great Ocean Road.

Oh, I realize that very well!
It is actually a major reason why I go that time of the year. I am looking forward to those pleasant winter temperatures Melbourne is supposed to have according to the stats.

I presume you do realise that June is winter in Melbourne and you can expect lower temperatures than in Europe. Check out the historical data for Melbourne here: http://www.bom.gov.au/climate/averages/tables/cw_086071.shtml
