It is helpful guide to psychiatric medications written by the people who use them, with blunt honesty, more scientific rigor than you’d expect, and a very dark sense of humor. Before you start popping Paxil (or anything else), go to Crazy Meds to check out the pros and cons.

And before any of you start wondering or speculating in their own web logs: No, I’m not on any of the medications mentioned on that site, and the voices in my head assure me there is no need for me to begin taking them.
